Pretty much everything. We provide you with a Retina Image Camera, and all of the software you’ll need to run your practice. The software includes Compulink's EMR as well as your own personalized website. Of course, we also ensure that you and your staff are well trained on everything, both when you initially become a subscriber, and on an on-going basis. And our training is not limited to just user guides or webinars. We build a strong working relationship with each of our clients, and work with you both on-site and off-site (telephone, video chat, etc) to address your questions and ensure that you’re continually up-to-date. Our goal is to ensure that you are comfortable contacting our staff with any and all questions or concerns you may have.
The only out-of-pocket capital expenses you will incur are the cost of your computers, printers and basic Microsoft Office software. Since most of our subscribers already have that equipment in place, we do conduct an inventory to ensure that the computers are current and make recommendations for any necessary upgrades. Beyond that, clients that are not on the all-inclusive plan pay an additional usage charge for retina images, claims processed and appointment setting, as well as recruiting that is above and beyond the standard number of full-time, part-time and fill-ins that are included.
Of course you can switch, and we take care of the cost to switch. The cost to transfer your data is not included, but that cost is minimal.
Yes, we provide training with every aspect concerning day to day operations, including, but not limited to EMR training, tech training, and Digital Retinal Camera training.
Once you fill out our Credentialing questionnaire we do all the rest for you. No worries, no hassles.
No, we perform the set up, host and manage the website. We'll gather information from you about your location, hours, contact info, doctors, professional affiliations, insurance plans, etc. You get a great looking website that patients can be directed to through your other marketing initiatives.
Yes, we can. We will perform market research to ensure your fees are set to gain the most revenue and not lose out on prospective patients. We can also help with medical fee setting for services above and beyond the basic exam.
Our schedulers will help you find coverage for any days you are going to be away from the office.
We sure do. We can provide almost any report you would like to see, and if there is a report that we are unable to provide, we will show you how to access the information within the Compulink EMR software.
